These encompass seminars, onsite body therapy services and personalised sessions utilising coaching, therapeutic dialogue, body therapy and skills training to facilitate outcomes such as:

• increased performance, productivity & morale through enhanced health & wellbeing

• decreased tension, injury and absenteeism

• personal growth, awareness and/or transformation

• communication & presentation skills development

• alignment of personal & professional goals

The approach taken by Aswan Enterprises is both holistic and flexible.  Interventions may be structured as follows:

• Part of an overall Corporate Wellness Programme, integrated with performance management systems and/or reward strategies.

• A singular intervention to meet requirements for attaining the SHAW Award.

• Onsite Services, sponsored fully or in part by the company.

• Discounted services for employees visiting the clinic.

All services are designed in consultation with management to ensure a customised approach with measurable objectives and outcomes.  Where appropriate (such as integration with performance management), consultation extends to the employee.  This enables the person to participate in selection and development of the strategy most suited to their unique needs, within a framework designed to achieve corporate objectives.  In this scenario the goal or destination is defined by mutual agreement.  The path there is person-specific.
